Excellent in flavor and quality
Our menu celebrates the diversity of flavors of Brazil, with inspirations from the sea to the land. Fresh fish, shrimps and seafood are highlighted in moquecas and preparations that honor the caiçara cuisine. Poultry, meat, pasta and risotto complete the experience, uniting tradition and creativity in dishes designed for all tastes. Each recipe is prepared with fresh ingredients, respect for seasonality and the desire to offer a memorable meal.
The Earth lives in cycles, and each one has its own flavor.
Caiçara cuisine reflects this natural cycle. Between the sea and the forest, the flavors change with the seasons: in summer, fresh fish and light moquecas; in winter, fuller broths and recipes with cassava and corn. The fruits of the Atlantic Forest, such as juçara, cambuci and araçá, also follow their time, marking the kitchen with aromas of the forest. Each phase brings its flavor, and the caiçara knowledge celebrates this with simplicity and respect for nature.
